Terms of Use
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using eventory.net you agree to these Terms of Use, governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
2. Platform description
Eventory is a subscription-based directory connecting event professionals across GCC, Morocco and Egypt. We provide search, profile listing, rate benchmarks and procurement tools. We are not a booking agent and receive no commission on engagements made through the platform.
3. User responsibilities
- Provide accurate information during registration and profile creation
- Respond to enquiries within 48 hours (affects search ranking)
- Not share your login credentials or subscription access with third parties
- Not use the platform to harvest contacts for unsolicited marketing
- Not submit false verification documents
4. Subscriptions and billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. UAE VAT (5%) is added where applicable. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods except where required by UAE consumer protection law.
5. Verification
Profile verification requires a valid trade licence, freelance permit, business registration or national ID. Eventory reserves the right to suspend profiles where documents cannot be confirmed.
6. Rate benchmarks
Rate benchmarks are provided for informational purposes only, updated quarterly from industry data. They do not constitute a guarantee of market rates.
7. Limitation of liability
Eventory is a discovery and information platform. We are not party to any engagement between subscribers. We accept no liability for disputes, non-performance or payments arising from connections made through the platform.
8. Termination
Eventory reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, submit fraudulent documents, or engage in abusive behaviour toward other subscribers.
9. Changes
We may update these terms with 30 days’ notice by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
