1. Data controller
Eventory is operated by simplitcloud, a development division of SimplitConsulting, Sharjah, UAE. Contact: hello@simplitconsulting.com.
2. What data we collect
- Account registration data: name, email, phone, professional role, location
- Verification documents: trade licence, freelance permit or national ID (stored encrypted)
- Profile content: bio, specialisations, equipment, rate range, portfolio links
- Usage data: search queries, profile views, contact unlocks (anonymised)
- Payment data: processed via Stripe or Telr — we do not store card details
3. How we use your data
- To create and verify your profile on the platform
- To match you with relevant event buyers or suppliers
- To deliver platform features: search, availability calendar, analytics, enquiries inbox
- To send transactional emails (activation, enquiries, invoices)
- To produce anonymised market rate benchmarks
4. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal data. Contact details are shared only with Professional and Enterprise subscribers who have unlocked your profile. Verification documents are never shared with subscribers.
5. Data retention
Active profile data is retained while your account is active. Deleted accounts are purged within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal or compliance purposes.
6. Your rights
- Access, correct or delete your data at any time from account settings
- Request data portability (JSON export)
- Withdraw consent for marketing communications
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies for session management and optional analytics cookies (opt-in). No advertising cookies are used.
